I really appreciate her clear professionalism and understanding. She was also very kind and empathetic. My daughter was very nervous and uncomfortable about the situation, but Dr Chakraborty did a lovely job of making her more at ease, and my daughter agreed emphatically that she was “very nice and kind”.
